The Brazilian government has not renewed a special tariff deal for U.S. ethanol exports after failing to reach a deal with the Trump administration. While the two sides signed a renewed trade facilitation agreement a fuller trade-in-goods deal was not reached. A deal won’t be a priority for President-elect Biden.
